New SNAP collection site available in Tukwila - South-Center

SNAP participants may now use the US Healthworks (SouthCenter) collection site at 200 Andover East, Suite 8, Tukwila, WA. Phone: 206-575-3136. This site is open M-F 7am-8pm and Sat-Sun 9-5pm. You must bring the one page SNAP Testing Authorization form with you to the collection site.
